FAT LOSS INTELLIGENCE
I have over 25 years experience as a Personal Trainer and I set up FLI in 2012 after returning from Spain where I was a personal trainer, health coach and physiology lecturer.
My aim is for FLI to bring a holistic approach to fitness and wellness, whether the client is part of a group or being looked after as an individual. Your health and wellbeing is our primary concern here at FLI.
If your goals are to lose weight, get fit and have more energy then we will show you how to do this – but without selling you fad diets or crazy new exercise techniques that don’t work.
THE TEAM
My team has now grown to four fitness, therapy and training specialists, with over 60 years’ of experience between us.
Our classes are a mix of high intensity interval training (HIIT), with cardio and resistance exercises focused around circuit training and Tabata. We believe in the personal touch, so any of our classes can be adapted to suit you.
WHERE ARE WE BASED?
We’re are now based at the Ashford Rugby Club.
