I started out as a personal trainer over 25 years ago, in fact I was one of the first qualified PTs in the country and established the first one-to-one only gym in the North of England – and it’s still running today. In that time I’ve accumulated over 30,000 hours of coaching, taught trainers all over Europe and now I want you to benefit from my health coaching knowledge and experience.
I have a holistic approach to wellbeing and wellness: I’ll introduce you to the Six Principles of Wellbeing and help you to implement them into your life in order to promote ultimate health, wellbeing and vitality.
Many of us can be locked into limiting beliefs that hold us in poor health patterns. You will learn that your mind is the key to unlocking these limiting beliefs and that you can ‘unplug’ from them. I will help you communicate honestly with your emotions and heal your entire energetic being.
The journey back to health is a personal one but skillful, firm and caring guidance will keep you on track. Often we get so far and start to feel better only to find ourselves slipping back when challenges arise – wouldn’t it be wonderful to break this cycle once and for all?
